Glass Core Heater Wire

We specialize in standard or custom designed glass core heater wire. Glass core heater wire is made by spiraling high temperature resistance wire around a glass cord with optional insulation. Our selections of glass core heater wire include Nichrome 60, Nichrome 80, Midohm, Alloy 30, Alloy 60, Balco, and copper. We design custom insulated wire combinations for special applications.

Some of the heater wire we make varies in resistance from 1 ohm/ft to 1500 Ohms/ft.
